Still Me

YOU WERE SOMEONE BEFORE YOU WERE THEIR MUM

You love your child fiercely. And you are exhausted in a way most people don't see.The appointments. The advocacy. The forms. The meltdowns. The nights spent researching what your child needs next. The endless adapting, explaining, and holding it together - for them, for everyone. And somewhere in the middle of all of it, you disappeared. Not dramatically. Just gradually. The things that used to restore you stopped happening. the question "what do I need?" started to feel almost irrelevant.

My approach

THIS ISN'T COACHING THAT ASKS YOU TO DO MORE.You're already doing more than most people will ever understand. You don't need another person telling you to prioritise yourself — as if you hadn't thought of that. What you need is someone who will sit with you in the reality of your life, help you make sense of what's happening beneath the exhaustion, and gently but honestly hold you to the things that matter most to you.My coaching is warm and unhurried — but it's also honest. I'll notice the thing you glossed over. I'll ask the question that gets underneath the surface. And when you're ready, I'll help you build rhythms that actually fit your life — not the life you had before, but the one you're living now. This is a space where you don't have to hold it together. You just have to show up.

This is for you if...

• You are the primary emotional anchor for a child with extra needs and you're running on empty
• You've stopped doing the things that used to bring you joy and can barely remember what they were
• You carry an invisible load that people around you don't fully see or understand
• You know you need to look after yourself but guilt, time, and exhaustion keep getting in the way
• You finally get respite care — and then don't know what to do with yourself because you've forgotten how to actually rest and enjoy it
• You're not looking for someone to tell you to do more — you need someone to help you figure out what's actually sustainable
You don't need to be coping perfectly to be here. You just need to be ready to take one small step toward yourself.

I understand this from the inside

I'm Andrea Neale — a Certified Professional Coach. Sustainable wellbeing for women is where my passion and my deepest knowledge lives — but transformation doesn't stay in one lane, and neither do I.I'm also a mum who knows what it is to watch your child struggle for years without answers. My son has ASD — and the road to his diagnosis was long, confusing, and often lonely. I know what it's like to advocate relentlessly for a child the system keeps missing, to carry that weight quietly, and to realise somewhere along the way that you've stopped tending to yourself entirely. That experience, alongside caring for my husband through a sudden medical crisis, shaped everything about how I coach. I don't work from theory here. I work from the inside of it.
I coach without pressure, without performance, and with a deep respect for how hard this season actually is.
I also understand that this isn't a season with an end point. It's a permanent recalibration — learning to let go of the milestones you expected, accepting a journey that looks different from what you imagined, and finding a way to flourish inside that reality rather than waiting for it to change. That takes more than resilience. It takes someone in your corner who genuinely gets it.

Ready to take one small step?
Here's where to start.

Wherever you are right now, there's a place for you here.

Start small

Daily Moments for Yourself is a simple, 30-day practice designed for women who are stretched thin. Four small practices — Settle, Understand, Anchor, Enjoy — each taking as little as ten minutes. It won't fix everything. But it will help you start returning to yourself — one small moment at a time.

Or you can download a free mini version if you want to get a feel for the practice before buying.
